Key Holder (Los Angeles)

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and Nurture a Client Book: Proactively identify, engage, and build lasting, one-on-one relationships with clientele to acquire new Kilte customers and drive repeat business.

  • Deliver Elevated Service: Ensure every client interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury, brand knowledge, and personalized styling.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales goals by driving both walk-in and appointment-based traffic.

  • Build Community: Assist in executing in-store events, trunk shows, and outreach initiatives to grow the store's local following.

  • Hands-On Daily Operations: Execute essential functions of the store, including shipping and receiving, visual merchandising, POS transactions, loss prevention, and cleanliness.

  • Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure the store's visual presentation and back-of-house organization meet Kilte’s standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel retail as an Associate or Key Holder.

  • Brand Alignment: A genuine appreciation for the Kilte ethos, with an understanding of the Montana Ave demographic.

  • Operational Skills: High comfort level with store operations, including shipping and receiving and POS software.

  • Location: Must be local to or able to commute reliably to the Santa Monica area.
